Decent price, slow delivery
I bought a UniFi Protect Camera from Sherwood. The price was competitive, which was a big plus. The camera itself is good quality and does what it's supposed to do. However, shipping was a bit slower than I hoped for, took almost a week and a half to arrive. I've had faster delivery from other places for similar items. Customer service was fine when I asked about the tracking, but the delivery speed could definitely be improved for future orders. Everything else was perfectly fine.
Good experience overall
I ordered a UniFi Cloud Gateway a few weeks ago. It shipped out pretty quick, took about 4 days to get to my place in California. Everything was in the box as expected, and it's been working fine since I plugged it in. No complaints, it was a smooth purchase.
